Orders are shipped Monday — Friday

Same Day Shipping on FedEx orders placed before 12pm EST.

Next Business Day Shipping on USPS orders.

Sometimes we can’t ship this quickly.  If we can’t ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation.  Please contact us at 877-405-2191 to ensure same day shipping on any overnight or express item.

We ship orders via FedEx and USPS.  Shipping rates are generated using current shipping rate schedules.

FedEx Delivery Commitments
Standard Overnight	Next Business Day after we ship (delivery by end of day). Orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
2Day	2 Business Days after we ship (delivery by end of day).  Orders shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday.
Express Saver	3 Business Days after we ship (delivery by end of day).  Orders shipped on Wednesday will arrive on Monday.
Home Delivery	Shipped Ground – Delivery based on distance to destination

* The United States Postal Service does not guarantee that Priority Mail will arrive by the expected delivery date.  Priority Mail does not come with a money-back guarantee.

In certain cases, Home Mold Laboratory reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx.

Returns:

All of our items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one (1) full year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by the manufacturer. Please call us at 1-877-405-2191 for warranty mailing address. Please have your order number ready.

Several items are not returnable under any circumstance. They are marked on the product description page. These include, but are not limited to, DVDs and Books.

The Air Check Mold Testing Kit must be returned within 10 days of customer’s receipt to receive a refund. A restocking fee of $50.00 will be charged and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Non-defective items returned within 15 days of purchase will be charged a restocking fee of $5.00 or 10% (whichever is greater). Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Non-defective items returned between 15 and 30 days will be charged a restocking fee of $10.00 or 20% (whichever is greater). Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns  after 30 days.

If you received free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please call us toll free at 877-405-2191 for warranty replacement or repair information after 30 days.

To receive any refund, all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling the number below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA’s must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.
